Judy Kondo-Turner
After 20 years of providing excellent service to Jones & Salt Insurance clients, Judy became a partner in the brokerage in 2015. She is an expert in all areas of insurance; her speciality is commercial insurance needs. Judy is close to her family and enjoys golf, camping, hiking and living vicariously through her two multi-talented daughters.

Daniel Salt
Passionate about his work and positive about life; Dan has been licensed in 2010. The insurance world is always evolving. Dan consistently expands his knowledge so he can better service his clients’ personal and commercial insurance needs. He is also on the board of Directors for the Professional Young Insurance Brokers (PYIB), a sister organization of the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta. Dan is an avid outdoorsman, and when he is not in office he can be found on the rugby pitch, enjoying the Rocky Mountains, or spending time with his family.

Jeanne Doll-Gusta
Jeanne brings over 20 years of insurance experience and knowledge to Jones & Salt. Her long tenure in the industry means a depth of knowledge and experience in providing the best solutions for her clients. Jeanne is firstly a proud mother and wife as well as an avid runner, traveler, and health enthusiast.

Kendra Sawatzky
Kendra’s previous experience as a claims service representative prepared her to handle all of your personal insurance needs. She is a customer service guru and consistently expands her knowledge of trends and new insurance products. When she is not at work Kendra enjoys hiking, baking, spending time with her family, and volunteering for a dog rescue agency in Calgary.

Mai Duong
Mai is a go-getter who prides herself on her commitment to go above and beyond for each of her clients, regardless of the request. She has a passion for learning and provides current and prospective clients with an efficient and stress-free insurance experience. Outside of the office Mai dedicates her time to travelling the world, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family.

John Salt
John is the backbone of Jones & Salt Insurance’s customer-first business model. In 2000 he became owner and operator of the company, and since then has grown the company by 300%. Most of the new business has been generated through word of mouth from satisfied clients. Every aspect of our brokerage has been shaped around John’s tireless pursuit of matching each and every client with the most beneficial insurance policy. John is now enjoying semi-retirement and partakes in countless hobbies and activities, but regularly frequents the office to inspire the continuation of the office culture he built.

Amy Chan
Amy is the newest member of the Jones & Salt team. Her attention to detail and highly organized personality means a simple and effective experience for her clients. Amy is a frequent traveler, and when she is not exploring the world she enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dog, Viva.

Lexie Alexander
Lexie came to Jones & Salt from the banking industry in June of 2019. She is a master of customer service and building clients relationships. When she is not assisting clients Lexie dedicates much of her time to volunteering with the competitive Bishop Grandin Marching Band as Colour Guard Coordinator, in her garden, or reading a good book.
